At Vanilla Pastry Studio, custom cakes have always been at the heart of the magic—thoughtfully designed, beautifully detailed, and made to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

As of February 2026, the storefront has officially closed as The Sugar Fairy begins an exciting new chapter as pastry chef at Hyeholde Restaurant. While this means day-to-day availability has changed, custom work has not disappeared entirely!

A Limited Offering

Vanilla Pastry Studio now accepts a very limited number of custom cake orders each year.

Each project is carefully selected based on availability, timing, and creative alignment. This allows us to continue producing the same high level of artistry and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.


What to Expect

  • Custom cakes are booked on a limited, selective basis
  • Advanced notice is required (the more time, the better)
  • Not all inquiries will be accepted
  • Priority is given to unique, detailed, and creatively inspiring designs

While custom orders are now limited, that intention remains the same—every cake we create is designed to be truly unforgettable.

The taste of your cake is the most important detail! Vanilla Pastry Studio uses only top-quality ingredients (sprinkled with a little fairy dust, of course) to create delicious and unique cakes. Our signature Vanilla Buttercream is made with European butter & finished with white chocolate for a luxurious texture. All fruit buttercreams are made with real fruit purées.

    If your inquiry is accepted, this guide can help you determine the right cake size for your event.

    Vanilla Pastry Studio believes that the celebration cake should shine! For that reason, we recommend serving our cakes as the main dessert. The following guidelines will help you to approximate your needs. 

    Each tier is approximately 4” high and the top tier is not included in sizing.
